We're Hiring: Business Development Lead – Staff Augmentation (ERP Vertical)

GlobalVox is expanding! We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development

professional to build and grow our Staff Augmentation practice focused on ERP (Oracle, PeopleSoft,

and Workday) from the ground up.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in building something new. If you have strong experience in IT staffing/staff augmentation, particularly in the ERP domain, and want to own the North American market, this opportunity is for you.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for establishing and scaling our ERP Staff Augmentation vertical. Starting with

a small existing practice, you will drive net new business and account expansion across North

America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for ERP Staff Augmentation (Oracle, PeopleSoft,

Workday)

• Identify, qualify, and close new clients in the US and Canada

• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Practice Heads) at

mid-to-large enterprises

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

• Expand existing accounts and maximize revenue through placements and repeat business

• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high fulfillment rates and client

satisfaction

• Achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation / Talent Solutions, with strong

focus on ERP technologies (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday)

• Proven track record of hunting new logos and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets

in the North American market

• Deep understanding of the ERP domain and its talent ecosystem

• Strong network in the ERP space is a big plus

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building a vertical from early stage

• Location: North America (Remote or Hybrid)
