Role: Lead Business Development - Enterprise Sales
About Us:
Flexmoney's mission is to Simplify and Democratize Consumer Credit for the mass-market Indian
consumer. Flexmoney enables banks, NBFCs and trusted lending partners to offer lender-branded,
instant consumer finance/ EMIs at point of sale. Flexmoney owns and operates InstaCredTM, the
largest BNPL network of online merchants and lenders with 45 Mn+ pre-approved user credit lines
from multiple lending partners and over 68,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc). We provide the technology infrastructure and point-of-sale merchant network distribution as a Plug and Play proposition to trusted lending partners.
Lending partners can offer lender-branded, frictionless, point of sale purchase credit to any consumer via a Plug and Play integration. Merchants enable our payment mode to provide shoppers with an RBI-compliant, instant digital consumer finance payment option at checkout.
Job Description:
We are looking with a self-driven, individual looking to make a mark in Flexmoney's Enterprise SaaS Sales & Mktg team for Commerce. You will be primarily responsible for developing and execute sales strategies to develop new accounts and sales for Flexmoney's Embedded Digital Consumer Finance suite with horizontal payment aggregators (i.e. offline PoS OEMs, providers, PGs and Merchant Acquirers).
Job responsibilities also include developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, organizing internal resources to engage with customers and to go after the opportunity, planning business and technical strategies and engagements to win, driving the internal resources to deliver services & product presentations and proposals and engagement, negotiating contract, and ensuring the sales.
Responsibilities:
Researching and understanding the competition and opportunities in the market.
Understand market potential and create sales plan to capture maximum customer base
Have strong relationship with C-Level executives and good rapport at Mid-Level
Constant development of opportunity pipeline and provide analysis / status of the market
regularly to management
Provide inputs to marketing team for campaigns / events for generating leads
Responsible for leading & expanding business in the assigned accounts
Focus on bringing a new set of customers each quarter by selling the value proposition and
acting as a consultant to the customers.
Frequently visiting existing and potential enterprise customers to present and sell Flexmoney
product offering
Requirements & Qualifications:
Post Graduate Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field.
8+ years of proven experience in relevant field having dealt with large customers in the
Enterprise space
Experience in Payments or Merchant Acquiring a plus
Capability to understand technology and be able to whiteboard a solution to Enterprise
Customers
Collaborative attitude and be adept at working cohesively with your ecosystem such as Pre-
Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, etc
Ability to spend time in the field with Customers / Partners / Consultants to effectively
establish value of solutions and strengthen relationships.
Excellent customer focus and a strong attention to detail
Strong negotiation and commercial skills and the ability to create a win-win partnership are
critical
Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment,
presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-team
opportunity management.
Have good communication skills and passion to over-achieve the targets.
