Sales Lead | Corporate Healthcare Center Partnerships

Location: Delhi/ NCR

Sales Model : B2B Corporate sales

Buyer: Hr Heads, admin heads, CXOs, workplace experience and facility teams.

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

About the Role

Dr. Morepen Home helps corporates and GCCs build modern workplace healthcare centers for their employees. These centers can include doctors, nurses, emergency care, health checkups, pharmacy support, diagnostics, wellness programs, vaccinations and preventive care. This role is focused on helping companies provide safer, more reliable and more premium healthcare access at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify corporates, GCCs, offices, factories, co-working campuses and large employers that need workplace healthcare support.

- Build a pipeline of HR heads, admin heads, facility heads, CXOs and workplace experience leaders.

- Pitch Dr. Morepen Home as the healthcare operating partner for corporate medical rooms and employee health programs

- Sell solutions such as on-site doctors, nurses, first-aid rooms, annual health checkups, vaccination drives, wellness camps, emergency response and preventive care programs.

- Create customized proposals based on employee count, office size, shift patterns and healthcare requirements.

- Coordinate with internal clinical, operations and finance teams to design service models and pricing.

- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and ensure smooth transition from sales to operations.

- Maintain CRM hygiene, weekly pipeline reports and revenue forecasts.

Ideal Candidate

- 3-7 years of experience in corporate sales, HR solutions, employee benefits, healthcare sales, insurance, wellness programs, diagnostics or B2B services.

- Strong network with HR, admin, facilities or corporate procurement teams is preferred.

- Ability to sell consultatively and understand corporate decision-making.

- Strong presentation and proposal-building skills.

- Comfortable with target-driven sales.

- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship management.

- Professional, polished and confident in senior stakeholder meetings.

Success Metrics

- Qualified corporate meetings.

- Proposals sent.

- Corporate healthcare center partnerships closed.

- Monthly recurring revenue generated.
