About the job:
BatteryPool is building the sales and financing infrastructure for electric 3-wheelers in India. We're looking for someone sharp, driven, and comfortable working on the ground — who can open doors with dealers and NBFC partners and keep those relationships running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Identify, onboard, and activate dealer and channel partners for 3-wheeler sales in your territory
- Work closely with the sales team to drive monthly sales numbers and keep the pipeline moving
- Reach out to NBFCs and fintech lenders to get financing options sorted for our customers — so a lack of upfront capital is never the reason a sale doesn't happen
- Maintain strong relationships with active partners — follow up, resolve issues, and make sure they keep doing business with us
- Track your own numbers — leads, conversions, partner activity — and report clearly to the team
You're a good fit if:
- 3–6 years in field sales, channel distribution, NBFC sales, telecom, or FMCG — someone who is motivated to hit numbers every month
- You're a self-driven builder who can manage the ground team efficiently and lead from the front.
- Has worked with dealers, distributors, or lending partners before — you understand how these relationships work on the ground
- Good communicator — can hold a conversation with an NBFC relationship manager and a fleet operator with equal comfort
- Self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do next. You figure it out and get moving
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage setup where things aren't always perfectly defined
