About the Role
Manager /Sr. Manager/AGM responsible for Business Development of API in LATAM /CIS market mainly in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for revenue generation of min 10 to 15 Crs including NBD.
- Knowledge of General, Onco (small volume) and Sterile API Product range related to market share, market/product penetration, competitor's positioning, expected growth for product segment etc.
- Currently or have worked in past with API manufacturing organization.
- Knowledge of LATAM market in terms of TOP 10 customers, Top & Bottom selling products, regulatory requirements, upcoming changes in local govt policies etc.
- Good in English written and verbal communication.
- Pleasing personality & Presentation Skills.
- Displaying required professional outlook.
- Able to work in uncertain /unstructured environment with Plan B/C working.
- Must be ready to travel around 7 to 8 times a year.
Qualifications
- Total Experience: 10 to 12 Yrs
- Qualification: BSc / BCom
Required Skills
- Qualification: B .Pharma / MBA
- Experience of small volume API business development.
- Should have travelled to any LATAM countries.
Expected Output
- Expected Sales Revenue of 23 to 25 Cr in FY 25 – 26 and 30 to 35 Cr in FY 26 -27.
- From Brazil – 15 term sheets finalization by FY 25-26 out of which 5 to reach purchase of PV batches.
- For other countries - additional 20 term sheets finalization with existing or new customers for FY 25 -26 out of which 10 term sheets to reach purchase of PV batches.
- NBD from new/existing products of around 4 to 5 Cr by FY 25 -26 (mainly from Argentina, Chile, Peru, Columbia, Mexico, Russia).
- 3 to 4 Crs profitability coming from overall Sales revenue in FY 25-26 from LATAM.
- Customer Satisfaction rating of 4 and above of LATAM market.
