Business Development Key Account Manager

Position Overview: Business Development Key Account Manager specializing Automotive Tier 1 components – Electrical/Electronics/EV

We are seeking a skilled Key Account & Business Development Manager specializing Automotive Tier 1 components – Electrical/Electronics/EV. Business development professionals with extensive experience in providing new technology solutions to emerging market and new product. The ideal candidate should have good connects with Automotive 2W/3W/LCV 4W PV/CV and CV OEMs in India and will be self-driven business development background in introducing new product or components to automotive 2W/3W/LCV OEMs 4W and CV OEMs or E Mobility OEM's. Knowledge and exposure to Electric Vehicle components such as Onboard and Offboard Chargers, Battery & BMS, VCU, Traction Motor, Traction Motor Controller, Integrated TM+TMCU will be a definite plus. Thermal Management solutions of the Vehicle such as Seat Ventilation.

Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities and skills:

• Identify new business opportunities from Automotive 2W/3W/LCV OEM 4W and CV OEMs or E Mobility OEM's customers and have extensive contribution to top line sales
• Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned market
• Work closely with Automotive 2W/3W/LCV OEM 4W and CV OEMs or E Mobility OEM's customers for acquiring more business opportunities and create sales
• Participate in innovative projects RFQ's to enhance sales proposal process.
• Identify new market opportunities to widen market base for enhanced revenue.
• Direct customer negotiations in association with company senior management & identify in advance the strategy to win the contract.
• Collaborate with project management & RD team to finalize the customer requirements for translating them into product specifications sign off.
• Ensure timely completion of all legal agreements with customers, adhering to commercial terms and market conditions.

Qualifications: Education

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with MBA.

- 7 to 12 relevant experience required.
