Business Development – IT Staffing / Talent Solutions (Inside Sales)

Experience

Location

  • Madhapur, Hyderabad, India (Remote option for the right candidate)

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
  • Build relationships with staffing firms and direct clients
  • Schedule meetings and drive client conversations independently
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement understanding and delivery
  • Manage end-to-end business development activities

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and verbal skills
  • Excellent cold calling and objection-handling abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good email drafting and client communication skills
  • Understanding of end-to-end business cycle
  • IT services/business development experience is required
  • Staffing industry experience is an added advantage

Preferred

  • Exposure to IT Staffing / Talent Solutions
  • Experience working with US clients
  • Understanding of Contract, C2H, RPO, or Offshore staffing models
