Position: Business Development Executive – IT Staff Augmentation

Experience Required: 6+ Months of Experience in IT

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Work Mode: 5 Days Working

Note: We are looking for candidates based in Indore only.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in IT Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and IT staffing services, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth, primarily in the US and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and other prospecting tools

2) Client Acquisition & Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the US and UK
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions

3) Requirement Understanding & Closure:

• Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
• Ensure timely submission and closure of positions

4) Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Expand the client base in international markets

5) Coordination & Reporting:

• Track leads, submissions, and closures 
• Maintain reports on sales performance and pipeline status
