About Company

Chrysalis Services is a consulting firm focused on transforming the social sector in India. We partner with trusts/foundations/NGO's and other not-for-profit organizations to help them improve their efficiencies in their chosen sector thereby significantly enhancing their overall impact. We partner with corporates/philanthropists to help them run their programs/projects end-to-end in an efficient manner. We connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, social impact audits, etc. to NGOs and corporates alike, and assist in running programs/projects in a professional manner.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the senior team in identifying and reaching out to potential business clients.

2. Help create sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.

3. Track and report the status of each account, manage a portfolio of key clients, and keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

4. Research industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support decision making.

5. Maintain and update internal databases to ensure partner information is correct.

6. Regularly update the leadership team and external stakeholders on the progress of key initiatives.

7. Visit clients and attend industry events to build relationships and network.

8. Help resolve any issues or queries from current partners quickly and efficiently.

9. Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and industries.

10. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

11. Maintain CRM systems and track sales metrics.

12.Follow up on leads and engage with prospects to build relationships.

Other requirements:

1. Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (2024 graduates).

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

3. Basic understanding of B2B sales principles and an interest in learning the sales process.

4. Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

5. Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel.

6. High level of organization and attention to detail in managing records and tasks.

7. Must have a laptop (will not be provided by the company).

Preference:

1. Location: Preferred from Bangalore and Chennai

2. Immediate joiner

3. Students pursuing graduation will not be considered

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: 10,000 per month

Timings: Mon-Fri 9.30 am- 6.30 pm
