Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Kolkata. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and supporting business development initiatives. Tasks will also include customer interactions, analyzing market trends, and assisting with strategic planning efforts to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and identify market opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
• Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing such a degree)
• Freshers Preferred

Salary

• During probation (3 months) - 10K per month
• Full Time - 3 LPA to 5 LPA
