Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Business Development Intern will contribute to lead generation, conduct in-depth market research to identify business opportunities, and support relationships with potential clients. The intern will assist in implementing strategies to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer service during the onboarding process. The role offers exposure to dynamic projects and opportunities to develop core business skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and the ability to identify potential business opportunities
- Proficiency in market research and customer acquisition strategies
- Basic customer service skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with B2B operations or industries such as retail, restaurants, or supply chain is a plus
