We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Temporary Telecallers to support our tuition centers across Kerala during the admission season. The role involves contacting prospective students and parents, explaining tuition programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process. This position plays a key role in increasing student enrollments and ensuring a smooth admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding tuition courses and programs.
- Respond to inbound enquiries from students and parents about admissions.
- Provide clear information about course details, schedules, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Guide students and parents through the enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain and update call records, enquiry details, and admission status in the system.
- Coordinate with tuition centre teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with all stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate / undergraduate / diploma holder can apply.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
