Business Development Intern (WFO - M, W, F)

Build Environment designs and builds sustainable farmhouses and villas across Pune, Karjat, Mulshi, Lonavala, and the wider Sahyadri belt. We specialize in permaculture-based design, eco-architecture, and rental-ready second homes - helping landowners turn a plot into a thoughtfully built, income-generating retreat.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to help us grow our brand presence and expand our network of partners and vendors. You'll work closely with the founding team, getting hands-on exposure to marketing, outreach, and vendor relations in the sustainable architecture and real estate space.

What You'll Do

• Create and boost marketing content (social media posts, reels, case studies) to grow brand visibility across platforms
• Plan and execute content boosting/promotion strategies to increase reach and engagement
• Conduct outreach to potential partners - landowners, real estate brokers, hospitality players, and eco-tourism operators
• Research and identify vendors (construction materials, contractors, interior/landscape suppliers) aligned with our sustainability standards
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partner and vendor contacts
• Support the team in follow-ups, coordination, and relationship-building with leads

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic content tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Self-starter who can research, reach out, and follow through independently
