Job Title: Business Development InternLocation: Hybrid (3 Days/Week in Office)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 5,000 per month + Conversion-Based Commission
About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to help expand our partner network. The role involves reaching out to key industry stakeholders and building strategic collaborations to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with real estate brokers, property dealers, and channel partners
- Reach out to real estate developers and builders for collaboration opportunities
- Build partnerships with interior designers and design studios
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Pitch company offerings and onboard new partners
- Maintain and update lead databases and track outreach progress
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful conversions
Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and field/outreach work
- Interest in sales, partnerships, and business development
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work from office 3 days a week
- Prior exposure to real estate/interior industry is a plus
