Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Intern

Location: Hybrid (3 Days/Week in Office)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 5,000 per month + Conversion-Based Commission

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to help expand our partner network. The role involves reaching out to key industry stakeholders and building strategic collaborations to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with real estate brokers, property dealers, and channel partners
  • Reach out to real estate developers and builders for collaboration opportunities
  • Build partnerships with interior designers and design studios
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  • Pitch company offerings and onboard new partners
  • Maintain and update lead databases and track outreach progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful conversions
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and field/outreach work
  • Interest in sales, partnerships, and business development
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work from office 3 days a week
  • Prior exposure to real estate/interior industry is a plus
