Job Description

What you'll do

As an Business Development Intern in BIG, you will:

● Consulting & Problem Solving

○ Diagnose client challenges through structured analysis.

○ Co-create solutions with stakeholders and internal teams.

○ Align every engagement to measurable business impact (ROI, efficiency, scalability).

● Lead Generation & Business Development

○ Identify potential clients through research, networking, and digital channel.

○ Develop a strong pipeline of leads across industries and geographies.

○ Craft compelling outreach strategies to initiate conversations.

● CXO & Decision Maker Engagement

○ Connect and build relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.

○ Conduct impactful client presentations and solution pitches.

○ Influence strategic discussions and position VAYUZ as a trusted partner.

● Business Collaterals & GTM Support

○ Work with marketing & product teams to design business decks, proposals, and case

studies.

○ Create impactful collaterals to showcase VAYUZ's capabilities in Digital Engineering, AI,

Cloud, and Staffing.

○ Contribute to thought leadership (blogs, insights, whitepapers).

● Account Management & Growth

○ Own key client accounts and ensure consistent delivery satisfaction.

○ Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership opportunities.

○ Serve as the bridge between client business needs and VAYUZ delivery teams.

○ Impact Measurement & Strategy

○ Define success metrics and track impact for every engagement.

○ Continuously suggest improvements for client growth and VAYUZ positioning.
