We are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Intern to help our team identify and connect with potential clients through freelance marketplaces such as Upwork and other digital channels.

This is a remote internship ideal for someone who wants to learn how client acquisition works in the AI and tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Assist in preparing tailored proposals and client messages.
• Track active leads, responses, and follow-up actions in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Analyze client requirements and communicate them to the internal sales or tech team.
• Support other outreach activities to help grow Cogniq AI's client base.

This internship provides real-world exposure to B2B lead generation, proposal writing, and digital sales processes within a global AI-focused company.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Upwork or freelance marketplaces.
• Interest in sales, marketing, or client communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
