Business Development Intern

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Mumbai. The intern will support lead generation activities by identifying prospects, updating databases, and assisting with outreach campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, assisting in client communication, and providing basic customer service support. The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and documentation, while learning core business development and marketing practices in a professional setting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Experience or interest in lead generation and basic sales processes.
• Ability to conduct structured market research and summarize findings clearly.
• Customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs).
• Interest in marketing and business development; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate within a fast-paced team environment.
