Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and calls
- Help build and maintain customer databases and CRM records
- Support social media marketing initiatives and content coordination
- Reach out to potential clients and help in pitching product
- Coordinate demos and client meetings with the sales team
- Assist in gathering feedback and competitive analysis
What We&aposre Looking For:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B sales
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, LinkedIn, cold outreach, etc.)
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
- MBA/BBA/Marketing/Commerce background preferred but not mandatory
