Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to support our CSR,

ESG, and social impact projects. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn

in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Duration: 1-2 months

Stipend: 4k PM

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online research using search engines to gather relevant information on

companies, CSR trends, and sector insights.

Work on Excel to manage, clean, and analyse basic datasets (training will be provided

when needed).

Assist the team in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and outreach leads.

Support TSL in managing outreach and social media for upcoming events.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for CSR project concepts, strategy, and

implementation ideas.

Support documentation, proposal development, and project coordination tasks as

required.

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level).

Strong internet research skills and ability to figure things out independently.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Decent aesthetic sense and a knack for curating engaging content.

Interest in CSR, social impact, sustainability, or development sector projects.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
