We're looking for a Business Development Intern who's ready to learn fast, pitch bold, and grow with a team that builds disruptive campaigns and content for ambitious brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing & Research: Identify emerging brands, startups, and companies that could benefit from creative campaigns or video production services.
  • Outreach & Follow-ups: Craft compelling cold emails, DMs, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers.
  • Pitch Support: Assist in tailoring pitch decks for brands across categories like fashion, wellness, tech, and D2C.
  • Collab Radar: Spot influencer partnerships, brand collabs, and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • CRM & Funnel Management: Keep our pipeline organized and updated. Track lead status, notes, and follow-up cycles.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Keep tabs on what's trending in branded content, video ads, and social storytelling.
  • Creative Input: Participate in brainstorms and concept development for upcoming brand pitches or content strategies.

Who we are looking for:

  • A student or recent grad in Business, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Passionate about brands, content, storytelling, and the business side of creativity
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Curious about how ideas turn into campaigns, and how campaigns turn into clients
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools
  • Bonus if you've worked with Notion, HubSpot, or pitched anything before.
