About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented Business Development Intern (Indore-based) to join our team. The intern will play a key role in supporting prospecting, research, lead generation, and marketing activities, helping the team identify new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and company research to identify potential leads and target accounts

Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM systems and internal tools

Assist in outreach activities, including email campaigns and LinkedIn research

Research industry trends, competitors, and client segments to support strategic planning

Prepare summaries, insights, and reports for leadership review

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign support and data-driven insights

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all prospecting tools and reports

Requirements:

Strong analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and online research tools

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Interest in business development, marketing, or B2B sales processes

Highly motivated with a strong will to learn and take initiative
