Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Spoken fluency in Tamil language and business proficiency in English
- Ability to make sales calls and achieve sales targets
- Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends especially in the Astrology & devotion category
- Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must
- Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Discipline and rigor to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags
- Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
- Detail-oriented organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
