Role Description:

Business Development Intern (Commission-Based) 

-Remote across India

We're looking for driven individuals who want real exposure to how client acquisition and business growth actually work.

As a Business Development Intern, your primary role will be to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and help bring in new business opportunities for Syntory Media. You'll work closely with the core team and get hands-on experience in outreach, positioning, and deal flow.

This is a performance-based, commission-driven role, ideal for someone who wants to learn and earn through real work.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients (businesses, creators, local brands)
  • Reach out via Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Initiate conversations and qualify leads
  • Schedule meetings or calls for the core team
  • Support in basic outreach strategy and market understanding
