Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Intern located in Gurugram. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The role also involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with studio partners, and ensuring a smooth and friendly booking experience from start to finish.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with clients and partners

  • Interest in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable studio solutions
  • Basic analytical skills to track enquiries, conversions, and client interactions
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or similar business tools is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
