Job Description: Business Development Intern

Company: Securetrip Travel Company

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 1 Day Office / 4 Days WFH)

Duration: 34 Months

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Stipend: Sales Commission Basis

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Intern for a 34 month period. This isn't just a learning roleit's a career path. At the end of the internship, all interns will undergo a formal interview process, and high performers will be offered permanent full-time employment.

What You Will Learn & Do

As a Business Development Intern, you will go beyond simple sales and learn the in and out of the travel industry:

B2B & Vendor Management: Learn to identify, enroll, and negotiate with vendors to get the best rates and services.

Product Development: Research, explore, and create end-to-end tour packages for new international and domestic destinations.

Sales & Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads and convert them into customized travel experiences for customers.

Digital Marketing: Get hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive growth and lead generation.

Reporting: Track performance and analyze market trends to optimize our business strategy.

Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or currently in the Final Year of college.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

A passion for the travel industry and a can-do attitude.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying collaborative.

Strong interest in learning both the operational (Vendor) and promotional (Marketing) sides of a business.
