Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Intern who will be responsible for outbound calling, pitching Acre Ace's platform, and onboarding real estate developers onto our ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales, startups, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to real estate developers and builders
- Pitch Acre Ace's platform and explain benefits clearly
- Onboard developers by collecting project details and required documents
- Build and maintain a pipeline of developers
- Follow up with interested developers and close onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth listing activation
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and onboarding status
- Meet daily/weekly calling and onboarding targets
Requirements- Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam)
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of real estate (preferred, not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn sales, negotiation, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline)
