Hiring: Business Development Intern at Property Ganj

What You'll Do:
Builder Onboarding & Management
- Connect with builders and real estate developers
- Collect and verify project details, specifications, and documentation
- Upload comprehensive project information on our portal
- Maintain accurate builder database and follow-ups
PGA (Property Ganj Associates) Onboarding
- Recruit and onboard real estate agents as Property Ganj Associates
- Guide them through account creation and profile setup
- Train and motivate them to list properties on the platform
- Provide ongoing support to maximize their engagement and listings
- Build a strong network of active PGAs
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis in the real estate tech space
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with agents and brokers
- Gather market insights and user feedback
- Assist in developing outreach strategies and pitch materials
Lead Generation & Relationship Building
- Identify and reach out to potential builders and agents through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Schedule and conduct product demo presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Create follow-up strategies to convert leads
- Attend property expos and networking events (as needed)
Performance Tracking
- Monitor onboarding metrics and conversion rates
- Track PGA activity and property listing performance
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach activities
- Analyze partner engagement and suggest improvements

- Interest in real estate/PropTech sector (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
