Business Development Intern – Partnerships & Growth (Fintech)

PickMyWork is building a distributed workforce platform that enables unemployed and underemployed youth to access dignified, flexible income opportunities through gig work. We partner with banks, fintechs, and enterprises and operate at scale through technology and on-ground execution. 

We're hiring Business Development Interns to work directly on revenue and partnerships.

Role- Business Development Intern – Partnerships & Growth (Fintech)

Location- Gurgaon, Haryana

Stipend - INR 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities
2. Build and manage lead funnels across outreach channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
3. Participate in client calls and meetings to understand requirements and support deal discussions
4. Generate leads, conduct outreach, and follow up to drive conversions
5. Support the sales team in executing business development strategies
6. Track performance metrics and optimize funnels to improve results

Requirements

1. Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
2. Interest in sales, business development, or startups
3. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with targets
4. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

1. You have prior experience in sales / BD / marketing
2. You've done cold calling or outreach
3. You're interested in fintech or startups
