Role Overview

Role: Business Development Intern (BDI)

Domain: Educational Technology (EdTech) / Career & Skill Programs

Location: Bhubaneswar (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months

Number of Openings: 15

Stipend: Industry Standard + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives

Growth: High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of 3.6 LPA / Full-Time Conversion (BDA/BDE) upon completion.

What You Will Do

Connect with prospective learners and working professionals to understand their career goals and upskilling needs.

Provide structured academic and career guidance to help candidates select the right program.

Manage outbound and inbound lead pipelines through regular calling blocks and follow-ups.

Address student queries, resolve objections, and drive successful batch enrollments.

Maintain daily calling logs, lead disposition stages, and pipeline metrics in the CRM.

Who We Are Looking For

Recent graduates or final-year students (Any degree discipline).

Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A resilient, target-oriented mindset with high willingness to learn.

Basic familiarity with CRM workflows, MS Excel, and professional phone etiquette.
