Role Description:

• The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support business growth activities by Generating Leads, Connecting to Customer and Contributing to drive revenue Targets.
• Daily tasks include conducting and engaging with prospective and existing clients through professional communication channels, supporting follow-ups, and helping maintain high-quality customer service. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to proposals that align with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, partners.
• Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Customer Service skills to support client interactions and maintain positive relationships.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of technology, EdTech, or IT services is an advantage.
• Able to work in an high pressure Environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
