In a short span of 5 years , we&aposve built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. The difference We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR Tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC&aposs such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.

You&aposll be improving and responsible for

  1. Speaking to Nova&aposs prospective clients
  2. Understanding their unique requirements
  3. Explaining and sharpening Nova&aposs value-proposition
  4. Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings

What are we looking for

  1. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
  2. 'Hunger' to achieve and 'Can do' attitude
  3. Passion for working for a tech startup
  4. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
  5. Strong Insurance broking domain knowledge 

You&aposre awesome at

  • Persistence

  • Deep understanding of how to sell
  • Experience having sold to CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus

 

Stipend : 15,000 per month

Number of Openings: 5

Note : This internship includes the possibility of a full-time position, subject to performance.
