Job Title: Business Development Intern Client Engagement

Location: [On-site - Noida Sector-66 OR Remote]

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Depends on Interview

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Intern who aspires to build a career in client communication, consulting, and business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with clients, understanding business needs, and translating requirements into IT and Marketing solutions.

The intern will actively engage with potential clients through calls and digital platforms, support lead generation and qualification, and work closely with internal delivery teams. This position offers real-world exposure to professional client handling, proposal discussions, and relationship management.

Candidates with basic IT or digital knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and online platforms to understand their business requirements.

Present company services in IT development and Marketing in a clear, professional manner.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify genuine project opportunities.

Schedule client meetings and handover qualified requirements to senior team members.

Maintain structured communication records, follow-ups, and lead tracking.

Use CRM tools, marketplaces, and research platforms to identify new clients and projects.

Support preparation of proposals, capability decks, and requirement summaries.

Coordinate internally with technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate client communication.

Perform additional ad-hoc operational and business support tasks as required.

Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical communication standards.
