Role Overview
We are building our Sales Engine.
As a Business Development Intern, you will work directly with the Head of Business Development to support proposal creation, client emails, deal structuring, and strategic email follow-ups.
This is not a routine internship.
You will:
- Sit in client meetings
- Help structure technical proposals
- Draft SOWs
- Prepare development plans
- Use AI tools to accelerate proposal turnaround
- Build real-world global sales exposure

Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Documentation
- Create professional client proposals (Canva / Docs / Slides)
- Draft SOWs (Statement of Work) and project development plans
- Support in creating technical and business proposals for US clients
- Ensure proposals are structured, sharp, and client-ready
Client Meeting Support
- Shadow Head of Business Development in client meetings
- Take structured meeting notes
- Track action items and follow-ups
- Draft follow-up emails and summaries
AI-Driven Workflow
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate proposal drafts
- Refine and humanize AI-generated outputs
- Build proposal templates and reusable sales assets
Sales Operations Support
- Coordinate with SDR for lead documentation
- Maintain proposal pipeline tracker
- Assist in deal documentation and internal coordination
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate (B.Tech / BE) Mandatory
- MBA (Completed or Pursuing) Preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional presentation skills
- Comfortable with Canva, Google Docs, PowerPoint
- Strong logical structuring ability
