Job Description – Business Development Intern (6 Months Internship + PPO)

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Intern to support client acquisition and revenue growth through LinkedIn and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for ambitious freshers with a strong growth mindset who want to build a solid foundation in business development, strategic outreach, and client engagement. It offers hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and a clear pathway to full-time employment (PPO), giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact early in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify potential clients and create a strong pipeline through digital outreach.
  • Appointment Setting: Reach out to potential clients and key decision-makers through cold messaging or calls to schedule meetings, understand client needs, and present our offerings.
  • Client Acquisition: Support client acquisition efforts by leveraging digital tools, participating in virtual networking, and engaging in online events to identify growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Develop a client-first approach by understanding individual business needs and effectively showcasing how our market research solutions can deliver value.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales goals by contributing to new business wins and helping grow existing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and contribute to strategy development
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions
  • Experience or interest in business generation and client acquisition.
  • Customer service abilities and relationship-building competencies
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Adept at collaboration and working in a dynamic environment

Internship Details

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Shift Timings: 9-hour shift, depending on the geography
  • PPO Opportunity: Candidate will receive a full-time offer based on performance during the internship.

The selected candidate will be required to sign a 1.5-year indemnity bond, which includes a 6-month internship and 1-year full-time employment upon PPO confirmation to ensure mutual commitment and long-term growth with the organisation.
