Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying good leads, and actively supporting business development activities. Core responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, analyzing data and trends, assisting in customer service activities, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Cold calling, Career counselling, and Program Pitching.
- Leads Funnel and CRM optimization.
- Customer Service skills to provide support and deliver positive client experiences
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
- Any Degree in any field is good.
Salary: 20k INR Stipend for 6 Months and then 6-8 LPA based upon Performance.
There are Bonuses and Incentives as well based upon Performance.
