Job Description

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: 1-3 months (extension based on performance)

Role Overview:

Marqopia is looking for a passionate sales enthusiast eager to kickstart their career in Business Development and Lead Generation.

What You'll Do:

  • Research and identify potential clients.
  • Create lead lists and manage outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
  • Make cold calls and connect with decision-makers.
  • Set up calls and meetings for the business development team.
  • Maintain lead tracking sheets and update progress regularly.

What We're Looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and following up professionally.
  • BBA/MBA student or someone passionate about building a career in sales.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and results-oriented.
