Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential students through cold calling, referrals, and digital leads.
Conduct market research to identify new student segments and opportunities.
Student Engagement & Counseling
Communicate with prospective students to understand their academic background and career goals.
Explain the benefits of internship programs across various domains such as:Technology, Management, Engineering, Biotechnology
Guide students in selecting the most suitable program.
Sales Conversion
Follow up with leads to drive course enrollments.
Address student queries related to: o Program structure o Certifications o Fees and payment options
Ensure smooth enrollment and documentation process.
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with students and maintain engagement throughout the process.
Ensure positive student experience from initial interaction to enrollment.
Performance & Targets
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM.
Continuous Learning
Stay updated on industry trends and new program offerings.
Participate in regular sales training and skill development sessions.
