About the Role
iKounselor is looking for a high-energy, result-oriented B2B Growth Intern to join our expansion team. This role is perfect for a student or fresh graduate who wants to master the art of networking, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships in the fast-growing Ed-Tech and Study Abroad industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Outreach: Assist in identifying and pitching to potential channel partners, including coaching centres and independent consultants, to expand our recruitment network.
- Institutional Support: Support the team in building relationships with schools and colleges through campus visits, presentations, and collaborative events.
- On-Ground Execution: Take an active role in planning and executing field marketing activities, such as seminars, roadshows, and study abroad expos.
- Relationship Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for onboarded partners, assisting them with training, tracking their performance, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Market Research: Help identify new B2B opportunities and hotspots for student recruitment within the region.
Requirements
- Education: Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- The Hustler Spirit: A proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in field-based activities (local travel for campus visits is a core part of the role).
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to track partner data and outreach efforts.
- Ownership: A self-starter who can manage multiple touch-points without losing track of details.
