Internship Opportunity: Business Development Intern (Remote)

Organization: Gudsky Research Foundation
Location: Work from home
Duration: 6 Months
EvaluationPeriod: First 2 Months
Extension: Based on performance, continuation for next 4 Months
Working Hours: 4 hours - Flexible Hours (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: Rs. 2000 to Rs. 10,000 Incentives based (Variable)
Incentives: Sales-based Incentives + Bonus (Performance Based)

Role: Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for promoting Gudsky Research Foundation's programs, research initiatives, internships, and training offerings. You will play a key role in outreach, lead generation, and conversions while developing strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Gudsky Research Foundation's programs, internships, and courses to students and professionals.
  • Identify and generate leads through social media, calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Communicate program details clearly and professionally to prospective candidates.
  • Follow up with interested leads and assist them through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for updates, offers, and campaign strategies.
  • Participate in weekly review and performance feedback sessions.
  • Suggest ideas to improve outreach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Training & Learning Support
  • Initial Training: 1-day onboarding session covering sales process, communication scripts, and workflow.
  • Ongoing Guidance: Regular support to improve sales techniques, negotiation skills, and professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Pursuing or recently graduated in BBA, BMS, MBA, or Marketing-related fields.
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or client interaction is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
