About the Role

We are looking for 2 energetic and confident interns to represent Aasvaa Innovation Labs at IMC 2026 at Chandigarh University

This is a highly interactive role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, startups, investors, industry professionals, government delegates and potential partners visiting the Aasvaa booth.

You will get an opportunity to experience a major technology exhibition and understand how a DeepTech startup presents its technology, interacts with business stakeholders and generates opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Aasvaa Innovation Labs professionally at the exhibition.

•Welcome and engage visitors at the Aasvaa booth.

•Explain Aasvaa's products and technology in a simple and understandable manner.

•Demonstrate or introduce products to interested visitors.

•Identify potential customers, partners, investors and business opportunities.

•Collect and organize visitor and lead information.

•Ask relevant questions to understand visitor requirements.

•Coordinate with the Aasvaa team for detailed technical or business discussions.

•Support booth activities, visitor management and basic event coordination.

•Maintain a professional and energetic presence throughout the exhibition.

•Prepare a brief daily summary of important interactions and leads.

•Comfortable explaining information to people.

•Proactive and willing to approach and engage visitors.

•Able to work for the complete exhibition schedule.

•Students pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, Mass Communication, Marketing or related programs are encouraged to apply.

Good to Have

Prior experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

•Event management

•Sales or business development

•Startup ecosystem

•Technology exhibitions

•Customer interaction

•Marketing or college entrepreneurship activities

Technical knowledge of AI is NOT mandatory.

Training and product briefing will be provided before the exhibition.
