About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Intern who will primarily focus on outbound calling, lead qualification, and pipeline creation. This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on usage of Zoho CRM to manage and track sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and explain the company's services
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous outreach
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team
  • Update call outcomes, leads, and deal stages in Zoho CRM on a daily basis
  • Perform follow-ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities through conversations and market feedback 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and client interaction
  • Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM or willingness to learn quickly
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Interest in B2B sales / SaaS / consulting services
