Eldrly is building India's most trusted home elder care platform. Families can book verified doctors, nurses and caregivers for their parents, right at home. We launched in Mumbai in July 2026 and are growing fast.

About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy Field Growth Intern to build our care partner network on the ground. You'll be the face of Eldrly in hospitals, clinics and local communities across Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and local communities daily
• Meet nurses, caregivers, ward attendants and healthcare workers, and introduce them to Eldrly
• Help them install the Eldrly Partner App and complete registration on the spot
• Drive registrations through your unique referral ID, which tracks your performance
• Find new channels to reach partners, such as training institutes, local networks and referrals

Compensation

• ₹5,000/month fixed stipend
• Monthly performance-based incentives, with no upper limit
• Internship certificate and letter of recommendation
• Top performers will be considered for a full-time role at Eldrly

Who We're Looking For

• High energy, confident and comfortable talking to new people every day
• Fluent in Hindi and/or Marathi (English is a plus)
• Self-driven, with ideas of your own and not just a to-do list
• Owns a smartphone and is comfortable travelling across Mumbai
• Freshers and students are welcome; attitude matters more than degrees
