Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This is a full-time, on-site role. The intern will support lead generation, conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, and assist with customer acquisition. Daily responsibilities will also include communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and supporting key business development initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in various aspects of business growth and operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Experience or interest in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on building client relationships
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
