Job Description

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Location: Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)

Internship Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Internship Period: 3 Months

Full-Time Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time Business Development Executive role upon successful completion of the internship.

Preferred Candidates

  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred
  • Candidates residing in Chennai or Tamil Nadu are strongly preferred
  • Must be available to work from the office in Adyar, Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern who is eager to learn sales, client communication, lead generation, and business growth strategies. This internship is ideal for MBA, BBA, and business-related graduates who want practical exposure to the Digital Marketing and AI industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels
  • Research potential clients and identify business opportunities
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
  • Understand client requirements and introduce suitable digital marketing and AI solutions
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and project discussions
  • Maintain lead data and sales activities in CRM systems and tracking sheets
  • Support client onboarding and relationship management activities
  • Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and business development targets

Eligibility

  • MBA (Marketing), MBA (Sales), BBA, B.Com, or other business-related graduates
  • 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs are encouraged to apply
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Tamil language proficiency preferred
  • Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and clients over calls and virtual meetings
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts is preferred
  • Willingness to perform lead generation, cold calling, and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Added Advantage

  • Digital Marketing certifications or training programs completed
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of AI tools used in sales, marketing, and business productivity
