Business Development Intern

Stipend: 5,000 - 10,000/month

DigiRecruitx is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support B2B lead generation, client outreach, and business growth.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are interested and available to continue with us in a full-time role after successfully completing the internship. Candidates seeking only a short-term internship or certificate-based opportunity may not be suitable for this position.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and online research.
• Connect with HR professionals, founders, and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calling and email outreach.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule client meetings.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records.
• Support the team in client acquisition and business development activities.

Requirements

• Graduate candidates only.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
• Interest in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Client Acquisition.
• Good research and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Stipend & Growth

• 5,000 - 10,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives.
