About the Role :

We aren't looking for coders. We are looking for communicators.

In this role, you are the bridge between business needs and AI personality. You will act as a Conversation Architect, using your English and Hindi communication skills to design how our AI interacts with customers. Your goal is to make sure every AI interaction feels like a premium, human business experience that drives results.

What You'll Do :

• Draft Conversation Scripts: Write engaging, persuasive, and human-like conversational flows for AI agents.
• Humanize the Brand: Ensure the AI's personality aligns with the business goals of our clients.
• Market Adaptation: Convert complex business requirements into simple, conversational Hindi and English dialogues.
• Prompt Engineering (No Coding): Use creative writing to train the AI on how to respond to different customer moods and queries.
• Feedback Loop: Analyze how customers talk to the AI and refine scripts to improve business conversion.

Who Should Apply

• Education: Graduates from BA/MA, Literature, Journalism, BBA/MBA, or similar creative/business backgrounds.
• Language: Native-level fluency and writing skills in both Hindi and English (Mandatory).
• The Vibe: You are a storyteller, a debater, or a writer who understands how people think and talk.
• Tech-Curious: You don't need to code, but you should be excited about using AI tools to amplify your creativity.
• Strictly Non-Technical: If you have an Engineering or IT degree, this is not the role for you. We want writers, marketers, and storytellers!
