Job Summary
We are seeking a high-calibreBusiness Development Intern to support strategic growth within our education ecosystem. Must Have Skills
- Confident in outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written English communication for counseling students and handling inquiries.
- Sales & Negotiation:Ability to pitch, persuade, and convert leads into admissions.
- Lead Generation & Management:Experience or interest inidentifyingpotential leads via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Goal-Oriented:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Counseling & Relationship Management:Ability to guide studentsregardingcourses, fees, and career paths.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development processes
- Research-driven mindset with good analytical ability
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
Good to Have Skills
- Prior internship or exposure to sales, partnerships, or ed-tech
- Familiarity with CRM tools

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with students and parents to understand their academic needs andprovideaccurateprogram guidance
- Identifyand evaluate partnership opportunities with colleges and academicorganisations
- Support the design and execution of outreach strategies to expand institutional networks
- Assistin driving initiatives that enhance student acquisition and brand visibility
- Coordinate andparticipatein meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
- Maintain structured lead pipelines, track engagement metrics, and prepare performance reports
- Represent theorganisationat academic events, seminars, and networking forums asrequired
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and experience
Educational Qualifications
- Preferred Degrees: Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred), BBA, BBM, or aBachelor's in Commerce/Economics.
- Current Students: Often, final-year undergraduate or postgraduate students are preferred.
- Academic Background: A solid understanding of business, marketing principles, or counseling.
