About Us:

We are a Singapore-based EdTech company with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. Having recently expanded into the Middle East, we are already partnered with 50+ schools across the UAE. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our school partnerships and regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and validate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Cross-check sales data with invoices, receipts, and system records.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or inconsistencies in sales entries.
  • Assist in reconciling sales figures with finance and accounting records.
  • Prepare audit summaries and reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/final year/graduate.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and basic reporting.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Must have own laptop and be available for full-time office-based internship.
