About Us:
We are a Singapore-based EdTech company with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. Having recently expanded into the Middle East, we are already partnered with 50+ schools across the UAE. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our school partnerships and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and validate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Cross-check sales data with invoices, receipts, and system records.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or inconsistencies in sales entries.
- Assist in reconciling sales figures with finance and accounting records.
- Prepare audit summaries and reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/final year/graduate.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and basic reporting.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Must have own laptop and be available for full-time office-based internship.
