Business Development Intern ( Creative Agency) ( Noida )

Mantle International is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support the agency's growth and client acquisition activities. The intern will assist with prospect research, lead generation, client outreach, proposal development, and coordination with internal creative and strategy teams.

This role is ideal for someone interested in business development, sales, marketing, advertising, branding, and the creative-agency industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Research potential clients, brands, industries, decision-makers, and market opportunities to identify relevant business prospects.
• Support professional outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to connect with prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead trackers and provide regular updates on lead status, meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and account teams to gather relevant information for proposals and client pitches.
• Assist with client-facing interactions and willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, networking events, or other business development activities.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, branding, advertising, or digital media.
• Proactive, confident, and willing to learn in a fast-paced creative-agency environment.
• Assist with client-facing interactions and willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, networking events, or other business development activities.
• Basic familiarity with Meta platforms and CRM tools .

Compensation and Benefits: This is an on-site internship position offering a competitive fixed monthly stipend plus a performance-based variable incentive. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment while contributing to real-world brand strategy and client acquisition.
