Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a key role in introducing prospective students and parents to Connect2Learn's learning programs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, build trust, and schedule free demo classes with our expert educators.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain Connect2Learn's programs and offerings.
  • Schedule free demo classes by engaging families in meaningful and informative conversations.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses and learning options.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure demo classes are scheduled and attended successfully.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead details and interaction status.
  • Coordinate with counselors and operations teams to ensure a seamless demo experience.
  • Achieve daily and weekly demo booking targets.

Requirements

  • Freshers and interns are welcome — complete training will be provided.
  • Strong verbal communication and spoken English skills.
  • Confidence in interacting with parents and students professionally.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm to achieve targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Candidates must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate immediately.
